Main Activities: |
- Propose a customer relationship management (CRM) plan on the assigned brand(s) in which strategy and implementation of actions are described.
- In conjunction with Marketing Manager manage and implement all marketing actions for CRM.
- Conform to allocated A&P budget.
- Develop CRM plan in which strategies and implementation plan are described aiming at stimulating customers to retain longer and be more loyal with assigned brands.
- Develop CRM result analysis model to execute effectively marketing campaign and maximize customer value.
- Develop respective strategy to implement customer care program, and loyalty programs at various contact points/channels aiming at recognizing most valuable customers and converting them to loyal customers.
- Manage and implement professional working relationship including liaising closely with internal departments e.g. trade-, medical marketing, market research, finance, sales, ICT and with strategic external partners like e.g. event-, advertising-, and PR agencies.
- Manage A&P expense within given budget.
- Train and manage the subordinates.
- Act as an internal auditor.
