Two main activities are:

1. In charge of the finances of projects (> 50%)

• Work closely with Project Manager 
• Manage Projects on Actual cost to date, Actual cost incurred, cost commitment, cash curve, gross margin for each project
• Project controlling from pricing, commercial terms negotiation and risk analysis during the tendering phase         

     2.  Perform Cost Controlling for the company as a whole (< 50%)

• Work closely with the Shared Service Centre abroad
• Use SAP software
• Calculate all costs of the company and present them in an orderly way
• Manage the accounting, treasury, taxation and reporting activities of the country
•  Take the lead in liaising and supporting external and internal auditors during audit assignment 
• Cost monitoring, rolling forecasts and project review for each project.
• Involvement in forecast and budget process.

• 4 years minimum experience in accounting positions, preferably including experience in management and project accounting.
• Has to have worked as a Controller (not just auditing etc..)
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, PS modules) or equivalent ERP systems  
• Able to work with all levels within a business and able to clearly communicate financial information to non-finance professionals
• Experience to work in a multi cultural environment
