Main Activities: |
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the customer relation strategy
- Focus on Industrial Projects
- Coordinate with external and internal partners/units/suppliers in order to achieve the project deliverables
- Set-up project planning, milestones and monitor timeliness. Ensure compliance to customer’s technical specifications
- Control the proper execution of engineering design and provide expert technical support to customers
- Define the project’s sourcing options and control procurement execution
- Identify associated risks, plan and implement risk mitigation
- Coordinate with installation, testing & commissioning teams and control proper execution on customer site
- Manage the budget execution and magrin improvement through the management of opportunities, claims and variation orders
- Manage the project cash curve, and invoicing of milestones
- Report timely, acurately and maintain any relevant project documentations

| Job requirements: |
- Bachelor education with electrical major
- Large experience in turnkey contracts involving electrical issues
- Must have experience in projects involving High- or Middle Voltage electrical stations
- Has potential to grow to Operations Director position in 1 year.
- Good mastery of relation with clients and communication
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Financial knowledge appropriate to Project financial reporting
- Contract management, contracting and commercial negotiation experience
- Health Safety & Environmental requirements for design and construction activities on Project Business Understanding
