•  In charge of the logistics of 1 of the 3 business units, distributing electronic consumer products
• Make proposals to improve the supply chain processes and structures.
• Manage and build the team (app. 8-10)
• Manage the third party warehousing
• Provide leadership regarding supply chain management and control in order to effectively support primary processes in the region through aligned business strategies, with cost effective infrastructures, high quality staffing and outstanding service.
• Ensure that product availability is matching customer demand balanced with inventory and obsolescence objectives, by maximizing quality of sales plans and S&OP processes.
• Perfect order execution towards highest customer satisfaction
• Contribute to business strategy from Supply Chain Management point of view
• Manage Supply Chain Management strategy, distribution network and SCM organization
• Deployment and review of targets/improvement programs
• Order Management, Warehousing & Distribution (OTD)
• Demand Plans, S&OP in Asia & with BU’s, inventory mgt.
• Functional leadership for SCM in Asia (including CSG)
• Collaboration with customers/suppliers and manage 3PL
• Achieve high service level & shorter lead times while controlling stocks and costs in a quickly changing world with increasing uncertainties (new business models, disruptive technology, shorter PLC, price erosion, customization).
• Quality of harmonized processes and stability of IT systems & reports
• Successfully influence team of planners and managers in large number of units and at distance while at the same time constantly aligning with BU’s. 
• Current team is very engaged and strong in short term operational control but has insufficient deep functional competencies to support some of the fundamental changes that will be required in periods to come.
• Ensure integral best supply chain solutions over borders of internal organization and establish collaborative ways of working with customer

•  Profound knowledge of supply chain processes and structures in retail, especially regarding the direct distribution to the traditional channel.
• Able to communicate in English (verbal & written) and Vietnamese
• A one day assessment overseas can be part of the selection procedure 
• Age; early 30’s.
• Strong conceptual and practical experience in demand planning S&OP, inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong Analytical skills. Link SCM & Financial KPI’s, Business sense.
• Understanding business systems as SAP, APO, MRP and BW
• Ability to effectively communicate with and influence sales and general managers, peers in BU’s and collaborate with customers.
• Capability to zoom into details as well as taking helicopter view
• Good balance between strategic thinking and operational excellence
• Excellent people skills and high drive for results and improvement
• Culturally sensitive given diversity in region while working with HQ
