• Able to work with and indirectly supervise a team of telemarketers
• Build relationship with banks, cooperate and negotiate with them on the access of their account holders or customers to sell insurance through banks.
• Contiuously source for any other opportunities to promote insurance products to consumers beside the traditional model of using Tied Agents
• Be able to identify the business opportunities
• Set up the new business channels
• Lead/manage the new business channels
• Create and prepare management reports, budgets, business planning
• Project manage business processes improvement and enhancement projects
• Perform market scan, analysis and prepare market intelligence of industry and competitors
• Assist in product development and marketing
• Any other ad-hoc activities and project as assigned by the supervisor

• University degree holder.
• Strong marketing background
• Experience in telemarketing and/or bancassurance is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
• Good interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision is a given and a team player
• Matured able to work independently and be a self starter
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, in particular, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.
