Main Activities: |
- In charge of office leasing management, including looking for office place or apartments for lease, office leasing contract, office maintenance contract etc.
- Ensure proper handling and taking over of premises from landlord and contractors.
- Supervise and liaise with contractors for any maintenance repairs and renovation works to ensure they meet Company' requirements.
- Ensure office operation and maintenance meet Company' requirements, particularly in areas of cleanliness and security in compliance the local health and safety regulations and policies
- Procurement of and supervise term contractors for conservancy, security services, and maintenance contracts for Company's office space.
- Aware and prepare budget requirement of any necessary property items for a fitted and sufficient working environment.
- Evaluate and purchase necessary property items for the company
- Accommodate the needs and interests of other departments to meet required delivery on time and effectiveness.
- Prepare requisition process for any related purchasing property items and prepare financial report, asset coding for tracking and monitoring as required
- Establish and prepare fault report process for any relating property items
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

| Job requirements: |
- University degree holder
- Related experience in office property management is preferred.
- Enable to read the CAD drawings
- Ability to process requests with accuracy and deliver with service standard
- Well organized and high responsible
- Good time management skill, able to prioritize work to ensure efficiency
- Able to multi-task
- Good communication skill
