•  Participate in the definition and implementation of the customer relation strategy
• Coordinate with external and internal partners/units/suppliers in order to achieve the project deliverables
• Set-up project planning, milestones and monitor timeliness. Ensure compliance to customer’s technical specifications
• Control the proper execution of engineering design and provide expert technical support to customers
• Define the project’s sourcing options and control procurement execution
• Identify associated risks, plan and implement risk mitigation
• Coordinate with installation, testing & commissioning teams and control proper execution on customer site
• Manage the budget execution and magrin improvement through the management of opportunities, claims and variation orders
• Manage the project cash curve, and invoicing of milestones
• Report timely, acurately and maintain any relevant project documentations

• Bachelor education with electrical major
• At least 3 years experience in managing projects involving High Voltage Protection and Digital Control Systems in an international environment
• Knowledge of protection relays used in High Voltage and Medium Voltage substations; practical experience in any substation automation system is preferred
• Knowledge of international standards (IEC)
• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills
• Can-do and hands-on mentality
